PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS & VIRTUAL 360 WALK THROUGH TOURS

We’ll showcase your property in the best light possible with an accurate and complete description. We are proud to announce we have teamed up with iToursPro and are now able to offer as standard 360° Virtual Tours on all our featured properties.

ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS

We have property managers available up to 7 days a week including evenings where possible to show prospective tenants your property.

APPLICATIONS

Credit and reference checks will be carried out by our trusted partners to maximise quality guidance.

TENANCY DOCUMENTATION

We’ll draw up your legally binding Tenancy Documentation including AST and Deposit Prescribed Information. 

​

PHOTOGRAPHIC INVENTORY (additional service)

We’ll record a photographic inventory of all fixtures & fittings and contents of your property in a laid out PDF report..

​

CHECK IN YOUR TENANTS

We’ll collect the first month’s rent and deposit and upon the start date, hand over the keys to the tenants at the property on their move in day.

​

DEPOSIT REGISTRATION

We’ll register your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service who will provide your tenants with a certificate.

RENT COLLECTION

We’ll collect your rent inline with the tenancy agreement and transfer to your account on the same day it is received with an accompanying statement. We use the latest tried and tested banking software to ensure immediate same day payments with no delays due to staff absences or holiday periods.

MANAGE MAINTENANCE ISSUES

We're on hand to get issues resolved with our trusted contractors. Your tenants can report issues to us day or night via an online software application tool.

SEASONAL REPORTS

We’ll arrange with your tenants periodic visits to check everything is running smoothly with your property.

​

TENANCY RENEWALS

If instructed we can arrange for your tenants to renew another fix term contract, or confirm periodic arrangements.

​

END OF TENANCY CHECK OUTS

We’ll arrange a smooth handover of your property and process the deposit return while at the same time reducing your void period.

ACCOUNTANT REPORTS via PayProp

Receive real time payment notifications and custom reports through your online portal or mobile app.
